Analyze and gather requirements to initiate the implementation of SCM processes adhering to RUP/CMM/ITIL models.

Work with Senior Management and Business Analysts to manage and control the requirements documents and related artifacts.

Work with Application Architects the design and architecture of SCM tools implementation, including Build/Deployment architecture (using Ant, Cruise Control, Make files, Nant, Maven) especially patch releases.

Work with Database Architects in implementing the version control of database schemas and the data itself, by using open source tools like Ant and Hibernate.

Work with Testers/QA personnel to come up with release methodology and collection of metrics and reporting of metrics.

Provide end to end SCM solutions by working with various stake holders of the project.

Architect and implement unique but flexible Change management System for the project using both commercial and open source, Change Management tools.
