Analysis and requirements gathering to start implement SCM processes adhering to RUP/CMM/ITIL models.

Work with Senior Management/Business analysts in managing and controlling the requirement documents and related artifacts.

Work with Application architects in coming up with architecture and design of SCM tools implementation, including Build/Deployment architecture (using Ant, Cruise Control, Make files, NAnt, Maven) especially patch releases.

Work with Database Architects in implementing the version control of database schemas and the data itself, by using open source tools like Ant and Hibernate.

Work with Testers/QA personnel to come up with release methodology and collection of metrics and reporting of metrics.

Provide end to end SCM solutions working with various stake holders of the project.

Architect and implement unique but flexible Change management system for the project using both commercial and open source, change management tools.
